How to Care for High Heat Synthetic Wigs 

Washing

• Gently remove tangles from the hair starting from bottom to top with a wig brush or wide tooth comb. If hair is curly detangle with your fingers only.
• Add a small amount of wig shampoo in basin of lukewarm water.
• Lightly switch the wig around the basin. Avoid rubbing the wig.
• Gently lift wig from basin and rinse with cool water until it runs clear and no bubbles.

Conditioning

• Hold wig at the base, don’t apply wig conditioner directly to the base. Apply wig conditioner to the wig in a downward motion working it through to the ends.
• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
• Wrap wig gently in a towel, lightly pat hair dry.
• Put your wig on a stand, finger fluff your wig, allow wig to dry naturally. Avoid direct sunlight.

Styling Option

• Set curls with curling iron or hot rollers and pin in place. Set temperature setting for heat at 300 degrees or lower.
• If using hot tool, set temperature setting for heat at 300 degrees or lower.

Recommendations

• Do not color or highlight wig.
• Do not perm wig.
• Brush out tangles with wig brush or wide tooth comb starting from ends and working through to the base of wig. Always avoid brushing over knots.
• Curly hair gently detangle with your fingers.
